"First impression was decent, but delivery dragged a bit"
When it first showed up, my impression was that it was a decent purchase overall. Nothing amazing, but not bad either. The only thing that really stood out to me was the delivery — it took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating.

"Not great quality"
I was disappointed with this case. It felt cheap right out of the package, and after just two days it already had scratches on it. After paying for it, I started to feel like I shouldn’t have trusted the product listing as much as I did.

"Helpful support, just took a little patience"

"Pretty much just plugged it in and done"
I thought it was gonna be more of a hassle, but nope, super simple. Took me like a few minutes to get it installed and it worked right away. No weird setup stuff, no confusing steps, just kinda did what it was supposed to do.

I got my order from puainta.com, i was in a relaxed mood when it showed up, so it was nice to open it and see everything packed well. The box wasn’t crushed or ripped, and nothing inside was loose or dented. It looked like they actually took the time to pack it properly. Simple experience, but a good one...

"Quick help right when I needed it"
I had a question about my order, so I messaged puainta.com thinking I’d be waiting forever. I was really relieved when they got back to me the same day and actually answered my question clearly.
The person helping me was kind and didn’t make me feel like I was being a bother. My issue got sorted without a bunch of stressful back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. It left me feeling good about ordering from them again...

"Screen’s working fine now"
Had to get my cracked screen replaced in a hurry, and it’s working good now. Touch feels normal again, so I’m glad that’s one less thing to deal with.

"Arrived faster than I thought"
I was kind of surprised. My order from puainta.com showed up quicker than I expected. Tracking updated fine too, so that was nice. The only small thing — the box was a little bent when it got here. But the item inside was okay, so not a big deal. Giving it 4 stars

I ordered from puainta.com not really knowing what to expect, but the prices were actually fair. I also appreciated that the shipping cost was shown clearly, so it didn’t feel like I was getting hit with some random extra charge at checkout. Overall, it was a smoother experience than I expected, and I’d buy from them again.

Unfortunately, this part didn’t fit my model even though the compatibility list said it would. I double-checked before ordering, so it was frustrating to find out it was wrong. Polite suggestion: the compatibility info really needs to be updated

"Ended up being a useful little kit"
I’d been putting off dealing with my phone because I really didn’t feel like going to a repair shop and waiting around. I figured I’d at least try fixing it myself first, even though I wasn’t totally sure what tools I’d need. After messing with it for a bit, the kit actually had the pieces I needed and everything worked fine. Definitely saved me the extra trip.

"They got my warranty sorted out fast"
I had an issue with my warranty and I wasn’t sure how long it was going to take but they handled it quickly and got everything fixed without me having to keep chasing them
